ONE NIGHT ONLY PARTY HIRE 

THE WAREHOUSE

Warehouse party space 7pm-11.30pm with licensed bar & doorman

10 beer garden wooden tables, 10 benches and chairs (seats up to 10 )

Access to & use of the Smith St Coffee shop as a ‘quiet room/chill out area’ to seat 15+ and outdoor tables and chairs 

Our existing fairy lights, down lighters, candles around warehouse

Use of our Speaker System for laptops, ipads, ipods, iphones for BYO music (must be downloaded)

Our unique Yellow H Van Bar and a TEN (Temporary Events Notice) with staff to serve & clear venue (minimum bar spend £1500)

Lily stocks craft beers, lagers, wines, Prosecco, spirits and soft drinks 

ALCOHOL & BAR 

We have a minimum £1500 bar spend so advise you invite a minimum of 80 guests 

You can opt for a welcome drink

We ask that no under 12s are in the building for a Party Hire* 

FOOD 

You can bring your own caterers in from 2025.

For the past 10 years, Street Food from Percy & Lily’s grey H van has kept all of our guests fed. its now entirely up to you…

BYO Dessert Table (optional) we charge a £100 fee to cover plates, napkins, cleaning fees and packaging up left overs for removal

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Bring your own DJ /we can recommend DJs from £250 per event

Bring your own PA or book a band (who must come with all required equipment, public liability insurance)
