Hire prices start at £600 +VAT depending on your guest numbers and the date of your party.

Our party hire includes:
Warehouse hire 7pm-11.30pm with licensed bar & doorman
Tables and chairs for seating and eating
Access to our front of house space as a quiet room/chill out area, plus outdoor tables and chairs in the warmer months.
Our venue is dressed ready to go with fairy lights, down lighters, and candles around the warehouse.
Use of our Speaker System for laptops, ipads, ipods, iphones for BYO music (must be downloaded)
Our unique Citroen H van bar, fully stocked and staffed with a minimum bar spend £1500
ALCOHOL & BAR
We have a minimum £1500 bar spend
You can opt for a welcome drink
FOOD
Our in-house caterer and owner Andy has a range of evening options with prices starting at a £9 per head.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
Arrange your own DJ or band - please ask as we have a list of people we can recommend. They will need to bring their own equipment and have the required public liability insurance.
